Now before you get ahead of yourself and put on your MAGA hat and say "what is this gay shit" Raw dogging has a new term the last year or so. The term "Raw Dogging" is now used to describe not using your phone and or other screens. Some people go as far as raw dogging with nothing, no book, no radio, just thoughts.
This previous Monday Night Football Game of the Lions and 49ers, me and a small group of friends were watching the game and my friends house, his TV was so behind that we would be getting notifications of what happened before the play happened. This was very annoying as we all had bets, fantasy football players in playoff games, and my boy who was hosting needed the Lions to win to stay alive in his survivor pool for 5k. So at halftime it was decided, all phones and smart watches were put out of view and the only way we would know what was happening was through the TV. It was awesome. Conversations were hilarious, sports arguments had no real conclusion because how were we supposed to get an exact answer. Now old heads out there are reading this like "Thats how the world is supposed to be you screenager" and yes, you are correct Jim who still has antennas on his TV, but it is hard now with people to put their phones away because phones are probably a top 10 invention of all time. I am sure there was people mad when books were very popular, and then the book people got mad when the TV came out, and now it is the TV peoples turn to get mad at the Phone people. But anyway back to the meat and potatoes of the blog.
After my experience earlier this week raw dogging with my boys, I will attempt this more with more people. It was a lot of fun, true excitement was built up with the game and it was overall one of my favorite football games to watch and I do not even care for the Lions or 49ers #GoPhins #TuaisGood #FireGrier. Overall if you made it this far down the blog I got one thing for you, try raw dogging with your boys more often, its fun.
